Having liability insurance provides vendors with peace of mind, knowing they're covered in case of accidents or unforeseen circumstances. It's a standard practice in events like ours to prioritize safety and protection for all participants. This is a reminder and some clarification on what is required from us for insurance coverage.
You read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions when you completed your application with us.
Here is states the following:
Management Liability & Exhibitor Insurance:
Show Management is not liable for loss, damage, theft, or destruction of exhibitor property.
Exhibitors must indemnify Show Management for any losses or claims.
Exhibitors are required to have comprehensive insurance of no less than 2 million dollars.
Show Management is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control
J.C. Productions is not liable for loss or damage due to vandalism, fire, flood, theft, or acts of God.
Exhibitors must have adequate liability and property insurance, assuming full responsibility for damages on J.C. Productions' property. Exhibitors agree to exclude J.C. Productions from any related claims.
